Enter-training Workshops
Touch the Sky's uplifting and thought-provoking theme of self-actualization lends itself well to Breakout Sessions, Workshops and Seminars, or what Eleni prefers to call "Enter-trainings."
"Enter-trainings," says Eleni, "are exactly what they sound like: a combination of entertainment and training that is as fun as it is instructive. Because when you're having fun, you're more open to learning and growing. After all, as Julie Andrews sang in the movie Mary Poppins, "Just a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down!" Enter-trainings are a great way to encourage members of a group or a team to safely let down their guard so that they can discover-and then share with their colleagues-valuable aspects of themselves that otherwise might remain hidden. "Enter-trainings" are full of unexpected twists and turns that allow for discovery and insight-much like the acting training I experienced as a young artist."

An intuitive and dynamic facilitator, Eleni sometimes emphasizes her points by pulling out her acoustic guitar and singing her funny or thought-provoking original songs, or breaking into a Shakespeare monologue or prose poem. Sessions are interactive and exhilarating. Within the context of a structured "Enter-training," Eleni uses group-oriented theatre-based improvisations and creative exercises to nudge participants out of their comfort zones and into new and exciting areas of self-expression and self-realization. Participants learn from, and rely on, each other, ultimately enhancing their ability to work together as a productive team.
"Enter-trainings" can range from 1-3 hours in length, to half or one-day events, depending on your company's specific goals and needs.
Eleni offers the following "Enter-trainings" based on the message of self-actualization that is at the core of Touch the Sky!:
"ME, ME TO THE NTH DEGREE"
"If I were me, truly and fully
Life would be wild and wacky and wooly
Walls wouldn't stop me from doing my thing,
I would sing, I would sing, I would sing! What if I risked it, stuck in one toe?
Leaped in and trusted and went with the flow?
What would if feel like, if I just let myself be
Utterly, wonderfully, genuinely, me?
If I were me. I could be me."

This Enter-training is inspired by and based on Eleni's song "If I Were Me."What if you actually allowed yourself to be you, truly and fully...ou to the nth degree? What if you didn't diminish your uniqueness, but instead allowed yourself to really shine? What if really showed up, each and every day, leading out with your unique talents and passions, no matter where you were, or who you were with? Imagine what you could accomplish if you let yourself Touch the Sky! Imagine how much more connected and alive you would feel if you let yourself be who you really are, doing what you really love!
Through group improvisation, music, art and creative writing exercises, including improvisations, Eleni encourages participants to re-connect with their lost passions and unique abilities; to examine the thread and arc of their unique life's path; and to re-kindle their commitment to fulfilling their potential.
"BRING YOUR SELF TO WORK"
This "Enter-training" encourages participants to re-discover and re-affirm their unique gifts, traits, histories and personal stories, and then take the giant step of sharing them with their colleagues, fostering a greater degree of trust, connection and community within teams and office cultures. Participants will see themselves-and their colleagues-in a whole new light! It's also a great way to way to foster harmony and understanding within a multi-cultural work environment.
“In organizing the content for the Ann Arbor Ad Club half-day Creativity Seminar, I jumped at the chance to make Eleni one of the key presenters. During the planning stages she was full of great ideas to make this annual gathering a non-trivial event. Onsite, in a jaded room full of national award winners, she woke them up and had them on the edge of their seats. She got real participation from even the withholders in the audience. Her presentations were powerful, her wisdom compelling, even for this collection of proven creative performers. She sings remarkably well, too. Would I use her again? Absolutely. And often.”
